K-0 POPPERに「たばこ銀紙風プレート」を新規採用しました。
そのマイルドな輝きは特にハイライトの状況下で効果を発揮します。
泉和摩がハンドメイトルアーを作り始めた当初、ボディにアルミ箔を使用した仕様が釣行で光りすぎていることが気になる事がありました。「もう少し鈍い輝きにならないものか…」と思い身近にあった「たばこパッケージの銀紙」をボディに使用してみると、特にハイライト時に魚が良く釣れる経験をしました。
同じアルミ箔調ではあるが、シボが入っているため輝きがマイルド。以来、天候や状況によって使い分けをしています。
K-0 POPPER誕生のきっかけは、1986年のゼル・ローランド氏との出会いでした。
ローランド氏がポッパーに求める最も重要な要素はスプラッシュにあり、前方に多くの水滴が飛び散るようなフロントスプラッシュを理想としました。そのために氏は、自身のポッパーをすべて改造しており、さらに性能を高めるためのチューニング要請により生まれたのがPOP-R イズミバージョンでした。
この歴史的なPOP-Rイズミバージョンの性能を引き継ぎ、量産化されたのがK-0 ポッパーです。ディープカップ＆シャープエッジマウス形状のK-0ポッパーは、静止時に水平ポジションを保つことで、前方に高く上がるフロントスプラッシュとタイムラグのないポップ音を簡単な操作で発生させることができます。

POPPERはスプラッシュが大きく細かいことが重要です。K-0 POPPERシリーズの口は、初代POP-Rの形状を模しており、誰でも簡単に理想的なスプラッシュを生み出すことができます。
The impetus for the birth of K-0 POPPER came from an encounter with Zell Rowland in 1986.
The most important element Rowland looked for in a popper was a splash, and he ideally wanted a front splash that would cause many droplets of water to splash forward. For this purpose, he modified all of his poppers, and the POP-R Izumi version was born out of a request for tuning to further enhance performance.
K-0 POPPER is the mass-produced successor to the performance of this historic POP-R Izumi version. K-0 POPPER with its deep cup and sharp-edged mouth shape can be easily manipulated to generate a front splash that rises high forward and a pop sound with no time lag by maintaining a horizontal position when stationary.
< HOW TO USE >
It is important for popper that the splash be large and fine. The mouth of K-0 POPPER series mimics the shape of the original POP-R, making it easy for anyone to create the ideal splash.
