ZAGGER 110 SFに「たばこ銀紙風プレート」を新規採用しました。
そのマイルドな輝きは特にハイライトの状況下で効果を発揮します。
泉和摩がハンドメイトルアーを作り始めた当初、ボディにアルミ箔を使用した仕様が釣行で光りすぎていることが気になる事がありました。「もう少し鈍い輝きにならないものか…」と思い身近にあった「たばこパッケージの銀紙」をボディに使用してみると、特にハイライト時に魚が良く釣れる経験をしました。
同じアルミ箔調ではあるが、シボが入っているため輝きがマイルド。以来、天候や状況によって使い分けをしています。
水深2mを超えるレンジを狙えるロングビルミノー。
K-I MINNOW 110SFに続いて、サイレント仕様・固定ウエイトでありながらウエイト設定を追求した結果、従来の重心移動システムモデル同等、もしくはそれ以上の抜群の飛距離を獲得しました。操作性能も良い細身のシルエットは、タダ巻きでも素早いタイトローリングアクションを発動し、トゥィッチ＆ジャークで水深2.5ｍ前後で中層の魚を狙うことが出来ます。
A new “cigarette foil-inspired plate” has been adopted for ZAGGER 110 SF.
Its soft, subdued flash is particularly effective under bright, high-light conditions.
When Kazuma Izumi first began making handmade lures, he noticed that the aluminum foil used on his lure bodies sometimes produced more flash than he wanted while fishing. He began wondering, “Is there a way to create a slightly more subdued shine?”
He then tried using the silver foil found inside cigarette packaging, which was readily available to him at the time. Through his fishing experience, he found that lures using this material were particularly effective at catching fish under bright, high-light conditions.
Although it has the appearance of aluminum foil, its textured surface produces a softer, more subdued flash. Since then, Izumi has selected between different foil finishes depending on the weather and fishing conditions.
ZAGGER 110 SF is a long-bill minnow designed to target depths of more than 2 m.
Following K-I MINNOW 110 SF, extensive weight tuning has resulted in exceptional casting distance, comparable to or even exceeding that of models equipped with a conventional moving-weight system, despite its silent design and fixed-weight construction.
Its slim, highly maneuverable silhouette produces a quick, tight-rolling action even on a straight retrieve. With twitches and jerks, it can target fish holding in the mid-water range at depths of around 2.5 m.
